Cognitive Training

Just as our bodies require exercise to stay healthy and strong, so do our brains!  Everyday our brains require us to be able to take in, store, retrieve, organize, apply and reason information.  There are 43 different cognitive skills we use to process information. These 43 cognitive skills fall into the following categories: attention skills, visual processing skills, auditory processing skills, sensory integration skills, memory skills, executive functions, logic and reasoning and higher-order executive functions.  Just as our muscles and bones can get stronger with exercise, so can our brains!
